Gary Fredricks outlined a proposed 2021 service agreement, noting that will be step down as interim
director and that Patrick Shults likely will be named director. Gary suggested the following for a
personnel services contract for Jan. 1, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2021:
• County director: $24,988.23
• Area Extension Faculty – small farm (part time): $3,500.00
• County Extension Faculty: $39,376.00
• Administrative Professional – food safety (part time): $4,000.00
• AP – Master Gardener: $36,822.00
• Administrative Assistant: $37,238.50
• Total: $145,924.73
Becky Butler requested that Gary Fredricks review the totals he had submitted for accuracy.
Mike Gaffney said Patrick Shults’ move will be take place within the next few weeks.
