At 3:16 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss the Washington State Association of Counties’ (WSAC)
proposed lawsuit regarding the Blake decision.
Executive Session ended at 3:27 p.m. Commissioner Stamper noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to authorize Lewis County to join a as a plaintiff the WSAC lawsuit
as related to the Blake funds.
Commissioner Swope seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
