Brief Description of Program or Service Enhancement:
Creation of Associate Chief Deputy Assessor position to prepare for the planned retirements of the Chief Deputy Assessor and the Chief Appraiser by the end of 2022. This was recommended
by the consultant who prepared the County's new classification and compensation report/plan in 2020-21 in recognition of the resulting significant knowledge transfer necessary with
respect to office functions.

Management turnover process goes more smoothly and office efficiency and effectiveness is maintained with respect to public services and internal administrative operations.
