Present: Commissioner Pollock, Commissioner Swope, Austin Majors, Natalie Dunlap, Kevin McDowell,
Andrew Logerwell, Lara McRea, Becky Butler, Chris Panush, Eric Eisenberg, Amber Smith

Andrew Logerwell said the Prosecuting Attorney Case Management Software went out for competitive
bidding and is still in process to be purchased.
At 2:01, Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss the following:
• Beenen v. Lewis County – status update and litigation strategy.
• Lewis County Water District No. 2 v. Lewis County.
• WSAC letter re: Benton County et al v. State of Washington.
Executive session started at 2:03 p.m.
At 2:13 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes.
Executive session ended at 2:18 p.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made.
Eric Eisenberg described a letter received from WSAC regarding Blake Litigation and Assessment and has
asked the Board’s permission to reach out to them. The Board authorized Eric to reach out to WSAC on
behalf of the Board and Lewis County.
