At 10:32 a.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into Executive Session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss Water-Sewer District 2 (WSD2).
Executive session started at 10:33 a.m.
At 10:53 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
At 10:58 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 11:01 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 11:04 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 11:07 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 11:10 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 11:13 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 11:16 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
At 11:18 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 11:21 a.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to proceed with WSD2 Option 1, as presented during Executive
Session. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 2-0.
Commissioner Swope made a motion to authorize the PA’s Office to share details of the Executive
Session discussions with Lee Napier. Commissioner Pollock seconded. Motion passed 2-0.
