At 3:04 p.m. Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss Water-Sewer District 2.
At 3:14 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes.
At 3:19 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes.
At 3:24 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
At 3:26 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
At 3:29 p.m., the Board announced the end of executive session. Commissioner Pollock noted that no
decisions had been made.
Andrew Logerwell asked the Board to approve the negotiation strategy discussed during executive
session regarding ongoing talks with Water-Sewer District 2.
Commissioner Swope made a motion to approve the negotiation strategy discussed during executive
session regarding ongoing talks with Water-Sewer District 2. Commissioner Grose seconded. Motion
passed 3-0.
