February 15,2022
Present: Commissioner Pollock, Commissioner Grose
Absent: Commissioner Swope
Recorder: Rieva Lester
Commissioner Pollock called the meeting to order at 10 a.m., determined a quorum and then proceeded
with the flag salute.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
CONSENT ITEMS
Commissioner Grose made a motion to approve minutes from the February 8,2022, Business Meeting
as well as Resolution 22-038. Commissioner Pollock seconded.
Resolution 22-038:Approval of warrants/claims against the various county departments.
Chief accountant Grace Jimenez, representing the Auditor's Office,said warrants 851,480 through
851,664 and direct disbursements numbered 3804,4218,4226 and 4250 through 4253 were issued in
February for payments against the county totaling$608,961.26. She said payroll/tax deposit warrants
795,885 through 795,887 and Automatic Deposits 36,287 through 36,862 also were approved for
payments against the county totaling$1,161,464.14.Grace noted a skip in sequence for warrants
851,459 through 851,479,which were issued on behalf of Special Purpose Districts.
Motion passed 2-0.
DELIBERATION ITEMS
Commissioner Grose made a motion to approve Resolutions 22-039 through 22-043. Commissioner
Pollock seconded.
