Indemnity and defense for Jonathan Meyer: Andrew Logerwell noted that the commissioners did not
need to appoint the counsel to represent Jonathan Meyer and that the topic would be further discussed
the following week.
At 2:30 p.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 5 minutes to discuss Water-Sewer District 2.
Executive session started at 2:32 p.m.
At 2:37 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 3 minutes.
At 2:40 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 3 minutes.
Executive session ended at 2:43 p.m. Commissioner Pollok noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Grose made a motion to delegate to the Lewis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office the
authority to negotiate with Water-Sewer District 2 up to the amounts and terms discussed during
executive session. Commissioner Pollock seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
