LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 22-067
REAPPOINT ELIZABETH HICKER AND TIM WOOD
TO THE LEWIS-MASON-THURSTON AREA AGENCY
ON AGING (LMTAAA) ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) may
appoint six representatives to the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging
(LMTAAA) Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, Lewis County's representatives can serve up to three consecutive
two-year terms on the Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Hicker's second term on the LMTAAA Advisory Council
expired Dec. 31, 2021, as per Resolution 20-065; and
WHEREAS, Tim Wood filled the remainder of an unexpired term that ended Dec.
31, 2021, as per Resolution 21-349; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Ricker and Tim Wood have expressed a willingness to
continue serving on the LMTAAA Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Hicker would be serving her third and final two-year term;
and Tim Wood would be serving his first full two-year term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
(BOCC) hereby reappoints Elizabeth Hicker and Tim Wood to the LMTAAA
Advisory Council, effective immediately, to fill terms as follows:
