WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued March 3, 2022, for the Culvert Material
Purchase - Crumb Road MP 0.17 Culvert Replacement Project, SM 20F630050017;
and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows:

WHEREAS, Jensen Precast provided the lowest responsive bid quote of
$294,735.98 for the Culvert Material Purchase - Crumb Road MP 0.17 Culvert
Replacement Project, SM 20F630050017.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Culvert Material
Purchase - Crumb Road MP 0.17 Culvert Replacement Project, SM 20F630050017,
shall be awarded to Jensen Precast in the amount of $294,735.98 upon the
execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).
Upon presentation of such a contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign
on behalf of the BOCC.
