Public comment: None.
Eric Sonnenberg provided updates for recent construction with Ryerson Steel Inc. and said Georgia
Pacific does not have a groundbreaking date at this time. Eric said there are leads for smaller business
and startup companies that have been submitted to the Department of Commerce.
Eric told the Board that the Economic Alliance is collecting data for housing needs in Lewis County. He
also affirmed there is still a lobbyist working with the Economic Alliance.
Eric said there will be no August luncheon. Luncheons will resume September. Eric said they are still
recruiting teams for the open golf event in September.
