At 11:14 a.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 15 minutes to discuss the following:
• Opioid Litigation and Settlements
• Payne et al., v. Lewis County
• Snaza et al., v. State of Washington
Executive session started at 11:15 a.m.
• At 11:30 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes.
• At 11:35 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
• At 11:37 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
• At 11:39 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes.
• At 11:44 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
• At 11:46 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 1 minute.
Executive session ended at 11:47 a.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made.
