Executive session
At 2:03 p.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes to discuss the following:
• 710 Cannon Road (Barbara Russell)
• AFRC v. Martha Williams (Northern Spotted Owl Litigation) (Robert Bradley)
• Concrete School District v. DNR (Robert Bradley)
• Snaza, et al., v. State of Washington (Amber Smith)
Executive session started at 2:04 p.m.
Executive session ended at 2:25 p.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions were made.
Robert Bradley asked the Board to approve the professional services agreement with Susan Drummond
and the amendments discussed in executive session.
Commissioner Swope made a motion to approve the professional services agreement with Susan
Drummond and the amendments discussed during executive session. Commissioner Grose seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
