under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 5 minutes to discuss the following:
• Benton County et al., v. State of Washington
• Opioid litigation / settlements
Executive session started at 11:01 a.m.
At 11:06 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
Executive session ended at 11:08 a.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made.
