At 12:06 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) for 15 minutes to review the qualifications of applicant(s) for the interim
County Manager position.
Executive session started at 12:06 p.m.
• At 12:21 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 15 minutes.
• At 12:36 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 15 minutes.
Steve Wohld joined at approximately 12:45 p.m.
• At 12:51 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 10 minutes.
Executive session ended at 1:01 p.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
The commissioners directed Erik Martin to draft a resolution appointing an interim County Manager
with the stipulations discussed during executive session.
Commissioner Swope left at 1:02 p.m.
