At 2 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board would be going into executive session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss opioid litigation.
Executive session started at 2:01 p.m.
Executive session ended at 2:11 p.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to authorize an agreement with CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Teva
and Allergan as discussed in executive session and to authorize the chair to sign on behalf of the
BOCC. Commissioner Brummer seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
