At 10:54 a.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board would be going into executive session
for 5 minutes to discuss the following:
• Employee performance under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g)
• Masonic building under RCW 42.30.110(1)(c)
Executive session started at 10:55 a.m.
• At 11 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 3 minutes.
• At 11:03 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
• At 11:05 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
Executive session ended at 11:07 a.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Brummer made a motion to authorize interim County Manager Steve Wohld to
negotiate a contract with a director as discussed during executive session. Commissioner Pollock
seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
