911 governance atorney: Jenn Libby-Jones discussed the number of leters of support the county has
received from outside en��es reques�ng a 911 tax.
Execu�ve session: At 2:05 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board would be going into
execu�ve session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss the following three topics:
• Winlock v. Boundary Review Board, et al
• Gary Wolfelt v. Lewis County, et al
• Lewis County vs. William LORD
Execu�ve session started at 2:06 p.m.
• At 2:16 p.m., the Board extended execu�ve session for 5 minutes.
• At 2:21 p.m., the Board extended execu�ve session for 10 minutes.
Execu�ve session ended at 2:31 p.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
