The Board of Health meets once each month, unless an urgent situation arises to necessitate additional meetings. This monthly meeting will take place on the second Monday (exclusive of holidays), from 1:30
PM (or earlier, if necessary) to 2:15 PM. Any item to be submitted for Board consideration must be received by the Clerk of the Board of Health no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday (one week prior to the Board
Meeting) to be included on the next agenda. Submit all requests to Public Health & Social Services Department, 360 NW North St., Mail Stop: HSD03, Chehalis, WA 98532-1900. FAX 740-1145.
