At 2:02 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 2:17 p.m. to discuss Hardel Mutual Plywood v. Lewis County, Sierra
Pacific Industries v. Lewis County, Darigold Inc. v. Lewis County, Cardinal CG Company v. Lewis County,
and YMCA v. Lewis County.
Executive session started at 2:02 p.m. for 15 minutes.
At 2:17 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 10 minutes.
At 2:27, the Board extended executive session for 10 minutes.
Executive session ended at 2:37 p.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
