Becky Butler discussed a notice of hearing for the 2024 Lewis County budget.
Rieva Lester discussed a notice of hearing regarding Ordinance 1351, which would add Chapter 9.30
Lewis County Code to establish a process by which the county can deny an individual access to county
parks and facilities.
Josh Metcalf discussed a Public Notice that Lewis County is seeking coverage under the Washington
Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES State Waste Discharge Permit for the Berwick
Creek at Logan Hill Fish Passage Project, Logan Hill Road MP 0.103, Chehalis.
Josh Metcalf discussed a notice of hearing regarding a franchise renewal to Lakeview Terrace Water
Association to construct, operate, and maintain water facilities in Lewis County road rights-of-way.

Housing Resource Center and Lewis County.

Justin Stennick discussed a resolution to approve a purchase with Nokia Corporation of America via
NASPO Washington Master Contract # 00318 for Radio Network Equipment and Services to Connect the
Crego Hill and Dog Mountain Sites Utilizing Department of Commerce Grant S22094 funds.
Josh Metcalf discussed a resolution to approve a Master Interlocal Agreement between Lewis County
and Wahkiakum County, and authorizing signatures thereon.
Becky Butler discussed a hearing for amendments to the Lewis County 2023 budget, emergency and
supplemental appropriations to and transfers within current expense and other funds.
Commissioner Brummer made a motion to move five notice items, two consent items, five
deliberation items and one hearing to the Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, BOCC agenda. Commissioner Pollock
seconded. Motion passed 3-0.

Quilts of Valor: Meja Handlen discussed the Quilts of Valor fundraiser.
Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) vacancy: The commissioners directed staff to
draft a resolution to appoint Greg Rohr to the position.
Great Rivers BH-ASO Advisory Board vacancy: The commissioners directed staff to draft a resolution to
appoint Ricardo Barrientes to the position.
