Position scoring update: Ryan Barrett said he met with HR representatives Sept. 15 to review the
county’s position-scoring processes.
Security camera audit and Swigert Road: At 10:18 a.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board
was going into Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 10:28 a.m. to discuss the security
camera audit and Swigert Road.
• At 10:18 a.m., Commissioner Swope extended Executive Session until 10:28 a.m.
• At 10:28 a.m., Commissioner Swope extended Executive Session until 10:38 a.m.
• At 10:38 a.m., Commissioner Swope extended Executive Session until 10:48 a.m.
• At 10:48 a.m., Commissioner Swope extended Executive Session until 10:53 a.m.
• At 10:53 a.m., Commissioner Swope extended Executive Session until 10:55 a.m.
