At 2:01 p.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into Executive Session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 2:16 p.m. to discuss three topics:
• Winlock interlocal agreement and roads
• Concrete School District v. DNR
• Possible new multi-jurisdictional litigation
Commissioner Brummer noted that the discussion regarding the Chehalis shelter would not take place.
At 2:16 p.m., Commissioner Brummer extended Executive Session until 2:26 p.m.
Commissioner Swope left at 2:25 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 2:26 p.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to not have the county join the multi-state litigation as
discussed in executive session. Commissioner Brummer seconded. Motion passed 2-0.
