Public comment: None.
Teamsters collective bargaining agreement (CBA): Daleyn Coleman said she and Ryan Barrett reviewed
the CBA earlier in the day. Commissioner Pollock made a motion to add the CBA to the March 19
Business Meeting agenda. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
.09 contract: Commissioner Pollock said she would like to work with staff to update the upcoming .09
contract with Economic Alliance to provide for project tracking. The commissioners agreed to have her
move forward with the efforts.
Public testimony: Rieva Lester said a member of the public has asked about the time limit for public
testimony during the upcoming hearing for proposed Ordinance 1354. The commissioners said they plan
to allow 3 minutes per person, with no time donations allowed.
Executive session: At 9:08 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into
executive session until 9:29 a.m. to discuss three topics: the Garrett Hylton tort claim and the night-by-
night shelter under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) and the Mountain View Cemetery under RCW 42.30.110(1)(c).
• At 9:29 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:39 a.m.
• At 9:39 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:43 a.m.
Executive session ended at 9:43 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
