Comp Plan update: Mindy Brooks and Doug Carey discussed updates to the Comp Plan.

Doug Carey discussed a resolution to accept grant funds from the Washington State Department of
Commerce for the Senior Center Rehabilitation Project.
Doug Carey and BJ Kuykendall discussed a resolution to list the responses received and award the
contract for the SWW Fair Waterline Rehabilitation Project, Cultural Resources Survey.
Meja Handlen discussed a resolution to approve Consolidated Contract #CLH31017 Amendment #19
between the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) and Lewis County.
BJ Kuykendall discussed a resolution to list the bids received and Contractor Selected for the Southwest
Washington Fairgrounds Waterline Rehabilitation Project, Project #31-2318.
Sarah Hensley discussed a resolution to rescind Resolution 98-540 and increase the petty cash fund
established for Community Development.
Becky Butler discussed a hearing for the Lewis County 2024 budget, emergency and supplemental
appropriations to and transfers within current expense and other funds.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to move two consent items, five deliberation items and one
hearing to the Tuesday, July 23, 2024, BOCC Business Meeting agenda. Commissioner Swope
seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Brummer said he will be out of the office July 18-30.
