Executive session: At 9:30 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into
executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 9:45 a.m. to discuss Blurton litigation.
• At 9:45 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:50 a.m.
• At 9:50 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:55 a.m.
• At 9:55 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:57 a.m.
Executive session ended at 9:57 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
At 9:58 a.m., Commissioner Brummer recessed the meeting until 11 a.m.
The meeting resumed at 11 a.m. with Commissioner Brummer, Commissioner Pollock, Commissioner
Swope, Becky Butler, David Bailey, John Justice
At 11 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into executive session

• At 11:15 a.m., Commissioner Brumme extended executive session until 11:20 a.m.
• At 11:20 a.m., Commissioner Brumme extended executive session until 11:25 a.m.
Executive session ended at 11:25 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
The commissioners discussed the Oct. 16 dedication of the East Lewis County Sheriff’s Substation.
