Public comment: None
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to authorize the Public Works Director to ratify a Special
Transportation Planning Study Agreement GCC 1070 with the Washington State Department of
Transportation for the Westside Connector Corridor Improvements project. Commissioner Swope
seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
At 9:05 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 9:35 a.m. to discuss:
• Fuller tort claim
• Kimball arbitration
• Hornburg arbitration
• Payne v. County litigation
• PFAS class-action lawsuit
• Generics class-action lawsuit
• Insulin class-action lawsuit
At 9:35 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the executive session would be extending 10
minutes until 9:45 a.m.
At 9:45 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the executive session would be extending 3
minutes until 9:48 a.m.
Executive session ended at 9:48 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
