Accrual rates related to potential rehire of District Court employee: Rachel Lester and Ryan Barrett
discussed the request. The commissioners approved the request.
Toledo request for LTAC reimbursement extension: Not discussed.
Appointment / reappointment to the DAD Board: The commissioners agreed to postpone the
discussion for a week.
Facilities reorg: Ryan Barrett discussed the proposed reorganization.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to authorize the County Manager to proceed with the Facilities
reorganization as proposed, including work with the unions. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion
passed 3-0.
