Commissioner Swope seconded. • 25-001: Establishment of 2025 county road construction projects by County Forces. Josh Metcalf discussed the resolution. • 25-002: Approval of warrants / payroll. • 25-003: Adopt 2025 Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund (ER&R) rates for Public Works. Josh Metcalf reviewed the proposed resolution. • 25-004: Approve Master Interlocal Agreements with Lewis County municipalities. Josh Metcalf reviewed the proposed resolution. • 25-005: Appoint one individual to a regular-member position and remove three individuals from positions on the Veterans’ Advisory Board (VAB). Josh Metcalf reviewed the proposed resolution. • 25-014: Non-exclusive franchise renewal to Hampton Lumber Mills-Washington, Inc. to install, construct, operate and maintain stormwater system facilities in Lewis County road rights-of- way. Public records training: Casey Mauermann invited participants to public records training with Assistant Attorney General Morgan Damrow scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Jan. 8. Executive session: At 9:18 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 9:39 a.m. to discuss the following topics: • Jail scanner litigation • Tort claim - Sanchez • Northwest Hardwoods At 9:39 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:45 a.m. Executive session ended at 9:45 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
