Dennis Riebe and Amy Besunder provided a history of the East Lewis County Public Development
Authority (ELCPDA) and an overview of the group’s revenue forecast.
Dennis and Amy said the armory building sat vacant seven years.
Arny Davis suggested the commissioners consider forgiving the interest rate – and instead charge only
principal for the remainder of the loan – and to consider re-amortizing the payment as well.
The commissioners deliberated about the proposal.
