At 4:01 p.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 4:06 p.m. to discuss the Lineage Board of Tax Appeals case.
Commissioner Pollock joined by phone during the executive session portion of the meeting.
Executive session ended at 4:06 p.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Swope made a motion to approve the settlement as discussed in executive session and
authorize the assessor or county manager to sign the settlement and related documentation.
Commissioner Brummer seconded. Motion passed 2-0.
