Becky Butler discussed rodeo insurance needed for the Fair rodeo. Becky said it would be an additional
$3,400. Becky said she is awaiting confirmation about the policy information. The previous policy was $3
million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate for the rodeo, while the goal is $3 million per
occurrence and $5 million aggregate for the rodeo. Commissioner Brummer was concerned about the
additional costs.
At 9:14 a.m. Commissioner Brummer announced the Board would be going into executive session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 9:19 a.m. to discuss a workers’ comp claim.
At 9:19 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:30 a.m.
Executive session ended at 9:30 a.m. Commissioner Brummer announced no decisions had been made.
