1. New Tort Claim – Toney – PDR complaint – it was decided to let the
60 days run with no action taken
2. Drug and Alcohol Policy Update – Paulette is waiting on Archie to
present the policy to the Unions
3. Federal Copyright Purchase Discussion – It was decided that we will
not be purchasing copyright permission to show movies at the senior
centers
4. Workers Comp Discussion. Tawni went over all of the open claims
a. Doug Dean – Settlement Discussion – It was agreed to settle
this claim for no more than $50,000. If we couldn’t get the
settlement under $50,000 then we would consider settling the
claim but would be asking for a credit on the overpayment.
5. Other – No other business was discussed
