a. Damaged PUD power pole - $3249.99
b. Julianne Alvord – Dog Bite – unkown
c. Wade Pierce – unlawful imprisonment - $911,750.

4. Workers Comp/Alternate Duty/Light Duty Discussion – Was not

7. Lee Napier and Paulette discussed with the BOCC, the pros and cons
of temporarily closing the Packwood airport. This discussion was
started due to an accident cause by the potholes in the runway. It
was decided by all three Board members that the best course of
action at this time was to temporarily close the airport until funding
could be figured out for the complete renovation of the runway.
