Present: Commissioners Fund and Stamper, Bill Teitzel, Andy Skinner, and Peter Lahmann

Commissioner Fund discussed the LTAC Funding. It is not final but because of legislation we are not able
to change the LTAC Boards decision. She stated the payment for the Roof no longer comes from the
LTAC fund. She informed them that their request for $45,000 was dropped to $10,000. On Monday the
Commissioners agreed to pay $10,000 from the Historic Fund.
Bill Teitzel stated we are having difficulties with expense like auditors when they are required by not
necessary.
Commissioner Fund made recommendation to assist for next year. Make sure whoever sits at the front
deck has more information for visitors. They would also like to see all the museums working together.
Meeting ended at 3:35 pm
