MEMO To: BOCC From: Meja Handlen, Public Health & Social Services Director RE: Recommend Salary Increase – Health Officer Date: August 27, 2025 I am writing to recommend a salary increase for the Health Officer. This position is currently paid $4,000 per month. This proposal would increase the pay to $4,500 effective September 1, 2025. The cost of the increase ($2,000 for 2025) would be covered by FPHS funds.
