Matt Patana led the commissioners on a tour of the fairgrounds, outlining plans to expand the county’s
current water main project to include work to update drain lines and level the uneven asphalt.
Matt explained the future cost-saving and safety benefits of addressing the drain and asphalt issues
while the ground already is torn up for the water main project. He said those efforts would cost an
estimated $1 million.
