Executive session: At 9:04 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into
executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 9:14 a.m. to discuss the Chehalis annexation.
At 9:14 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:16 a.m.
Executive session ended at 9:16 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
SmartGov online permitting: Mindy Brooks discussed the launch of SmartGov for online permitting.
Bradley Clark provided a quick preview of the new software.
2025 budget amendment / 2026 budget: Becky Butler discussed the upcoming hearings for the 2025
budget amendment and the 2026 budget.
