Barring inclement weather or all other natural causes. This report is in regards to Site 1: Oak Grove Campground and Play/Recreation Area and Site 2: Picnic and Play Area, Playground Track/Eating Area/Meadow/Restrooms Flag colors: Orange-removal, Green-pruning, Yellow-cabling Site 1: Oak Grove Campground and Play/Recreation Area Tree #1 at the back of the Oak Grove needs pruning and dead wooded. Backfill with the dirt that is there and add more of the same ph if needed. Prune Tree #1 Tree #2 needs to be pruned and dead wooded. Tree #3 needs to be pruned, dead wooded, and elevate as needed. Tree #4 Remove tree, be aware of traffic and do not have anyone under while removing. Prune Tree #2Prune Tree #3 Remove Tree #4 Tree #5 needs pruning and is self correcting, needs to be raised some Tree #6 Look for dead wood Tree #7 Remove tree, be aware of traffic and do not have anyone under while removing Prune Tree #6 Remove Tree #7 Prune Tree #5 Tree #8 and tree #9 are co-dominant with reduction needed mostly in tree #8 as well as dynamic cabling. Reduce limbs over tree #8 and an outward limb from tree #9. Prune Tree #8 and Tree #9 Tree #10 Elevate and reduce dead wood. Be aware of Poison Oak around the trunk. Honey Bees are inside. Be aware of three phase power-line nearby. Prune Tree #10 Patch of Doug Furs along the main road and horseshoe area: There is one labeled for removal because it is dead. Not included in scope of work. Tree #11 Oak Tree by horseshoe pit and benches needs elevate and prune dead wood Tree #12 Scotch Pine elevate and reduce Prune Tree #11 Prune Tree #12 Tree #13 Scotch Pine Elevate over the grass and building structure, reduce on the sides but not the height, prune and dead wood Tree #14 Co-dominant tree needs pruning and dynamic cable. Tree #15 needs pruning and dynamic cable to tree #17 Tree #16 reduce and dead wood, dynamic cable to tree #17 Tree #17 reduce and dead wood, used to cable tree #15 and tree #16 Oaks are naturally strong and slow growing compared to other species. Remove Tall Lombardi Poplar behind the playground needs to be reduced by one third or removed. Not is scope of work. Pines next to the playground look good. The row of six Birch Trees behind the restroom trailer all need to be removed. One is already dead and the others are declining from the top down. Not in scope of work. Reduce or Remove Site 2: Picnic and Play Area, Playground Track/Eating Area/Meadow/Restrooms All three maples across from Floral Hall need to be removed, they are showing signs of old failure and gall. Remove Remove Remove The tree in the brick planter has very small buds and may not make it through the summer so suggesting to remove it. If deciding to leave it there then suggested to not prune or anything and let it die as it will. Due to bad planting and planter boxes Remove Silver Maples by the restrooms and carousel need pruning, reduction and dynamic cabling. Remove dead wood but leave sucker growth if possible. Prune Cable
